What the server keeps
A random case ID, your email if you provide it, your name if you share it, and your Telegram or Discord handle when you contact us.
Your case data — account details, screenshots, restriction history, messages, and payment references — so we can provide the service and find the case later.
What it is used for
To review your case, deliver the service, reply to you, prevent abuse, and keep basic service records. We do not collect data just because we can.
What never happens
- No ads, ad SDKs, or ad IDs.
- No selling or renting your data, ever.
- No tracking across apps or sites.
- No password is ever seen or stored.
- No login credentials are needed from you.
Storage and deletion
Data is kept on the systems needed to run the service, not passed around for marketing. Sensitive case files are deleted when they are no longer needed unless you ask us to keep them.
Your control

Terms of Service
These are the simple rules for using Uncasing or buying a service from us. No buried language. Last updated: August 15, 2026.
1. What we provide
Uncasing provides digital asset consulting, username and account listings, follower packages, and account recovery or bans. The exact scope is shown before you buy.
2. Payment
Payments are made in cryptocurrency and cannot normally be reversed. Send the exact amount to the correct address. We are not responsible for a wrong address or amount.
3. Delivery and refunds
Delivery times are estimates. Digital sales are final after delivery or transfer. If something is genuinely wrong with delivery, contact us ASAP.
4. Transfers and platform risk
After a username or account is transferred, you are responsible for securing it. Platform actions, drops, or changes after delivery are outside our control.
5. Use
Do not use our services for fraud or GAMBLING(bad funds ykwim).
6. Our work
Our analysis and guidance are based on the information available to us. We cannot promise that a platform will reverse a decision but we are quite good at it.
